Happy Easter!
It's Easter morning on Seven Seas Voyager, currently under way towards Tenerife, where we are scheduled to arrive tomorrow morning.
We have sailed 3928 miles from our starting point, Rio de Janeiro and have just 1287 miles to Lisbon, our final destination. In the meantime, there's plenty more fun to be enjoyed!
The chefs have been busy creating some chocolate masterpieces.
My favourites are this wonderful globe, (even if the UK appears to have been eaten)
and the planetary-inspired egg alongside it.
The Easter Bunny hopped by last evening and dropped some chocolates in our suite and we enjoyed breakfast with a view of the most stunning sky.
Yes, there were brightly coloured eggs reminding me of spending Easter in Germany and travelling home on the train the week after the holiday, watching one person after another pull out a hard boiled egg or two from their bag, every one a different colour!
Wishing all my friends and family a happy and peaceful Easter, wherever you may be x
